Volunteers
Volunteers are the foundation of our team—and the first step into the Regroup BBQ family. We encourage everyone to invite friends and good people to join us, with the long-term goal of growing future members.
If you’d like to be officially listed as a volunteer, just let us know. You are an important part of our team.
Expectations
- Sign up for two (2) three-hour shifts during the week of the Cook-Off, or
- Sign up for one (1) Clean-Up Crew shift.

1 Tent Pass for entry during your scheduled shift(s)
- Note: HLSR gate passes are not provided by the team.
- 1 VIP Lanyard for anyone who volunteered the prior year
- Eligibility to apply for membership after 2 years of volunteering
Members
After 2 years of volunteering, individuals may apply for membership.
Expectations
- Sign up for two (2) or more shifts each year
- Attend member meetings

Pay $65 in annual dues by January 15
- Dues are waived if you bring in a sponsor.

Emeritus Members
This category honors our most dedicated long-term members and their continued connection to the Regroup BBQ community.
Eligibility
- At least 15 years of membership
- 55 years of age or older
- Maintain annual dues
